1.Slave dynasty(Mamulk dynasty)                                                                                                                                              The first ruler of the mamulk dynasty was , Qutb-ud-din Aybak. Was the slave of Of mahummad ghori. Thats why he ket the name of his dynasty as slave dynasty.He made started the work of qutub minar but died before its completion.He was the first ruler of the delhi sultanate. 

2.Aram Shah 

Qutubuddin Aibak was succeeded by his son Aram Shah who was weak and uncapable as a ruler and therefore had to face opposition from the Turkish Amirs. He could rule for mere eight months only before Iltutmish the Governor of Badayun and also the son-in-law of Qutubuddin Aibak disposed him and became the Sultan.
 

3.Iltutmish

Shams ud-Din Iltutmish, was the third of the Mamluk kings who ruled the former Ghurid territories in northern India. He was the first Muslim sovereign to rule from Delhi, and is thus considered the effective founder of the Delhi  sultnate.

4.Razia Sultan 

Razia Sultana was born in 1205, and was the favorite daughter of Shamshuddin Iltutmish. When she was five years of age, Qutubuddin Aibak died after a fall from the horse while playing polo. Iltutmish, her father was made the Sultan of Delhi. Being the favorite child, she was allowed to be next to her father during the administrative proceedings of the court. That is how she gradually learned the skills to run an empire. At the same time her brother Nasiruddin Mahmud too was groomed by Iltutmish to succeed him.Razia sultan.In September–October 1240, Sultan Muizuddin Bahram led an army against the forces of Altunia and Razia, and defeated them on 14 October 1240. Altunia and Razia were forced to retreat to Kaithal, where they were deserted by their soldiers, and were killed by a group of Hindus. Razia was killed on 15 October 1240.

5.Nasuruddin mahmud

Nasir ud din Mahmud Shah was the eighth sultan of the Mamluk Sultanate. He was son of Nasiruddin Mahmud and grandson of Sultan Shamsuddin Iltutmish, . The Tabaqat-i Nasiri, written by the court historian Minhaj-i-Siraj, is dedicated to Sultan Nasiruddin Mahmud. Nasir ud din Mahmud Shah (reigned: 1246–1265) was the eighth sultan of the Mamluk Sultanate (Slave dynasty). ... He ascended to the throne of Delhi Sultanate in 1246 at the tender age of 17 or 18 after the disposition of Masud Shah.When Ghiyasuddin Iwaj Shah rebelled against Ilutmish in 1227, Ilutmish sent Mahmud to fight him. Mahmud defeated Iwaj and became the governor of Bengal, becoming its first sultan. In 1228 he killed the Assamese Khen dynasty ruler Prithu and then attacked Tibet, but he died in 1229 of illness at the age of 22
